         This is a comfortable and cozy outfit perfect to wear on a rainy fall or winter day.The leggings, bracelet and the scarf are oxblood red or have a hint of this popular color. This color can be seen this season in the fashion and beauty world. Some of these items that I have shown are a little expensive but you can easily found  inexpensive versions. I personally like this look because it's in style but mostly because it will keep me warm. I love all of the piece of the outfit but my favorite would have to be the Steven Madden leather boots. I don't own them but they are on my wish list just like the rest of these items. In Vancouver it rains mostly everyday during the fall and winter and this is a perfect outfit for those days.

I Wannabe a Loser - November 14, 2012

   


           It will be a year on this Tuesday that I started this pact. I should have lost more then I have but during the summer I was very lazy. I just laid around enjoying the beautiful sunshine that Vancouver had this summer. I know this is no excuse and from June until now I have lost 0 pounds. This makes me really sad because since my last post in March I have lost a total of 25 pounds. Making me now weigh 160 pounds. The sad part is that I was losing around 5 pounds every month if I had kept up with my new lifestyle changes today I would have been at around 135 pounds. I would be 10 pounds away from my goal instead of 35 pounds. As you know I have not been on my blog since a long while but it motivated me to workout and eat healthy. I am still proud of how far I have come. I use to be a extra large and now I wear a Medium. I know people say it inside what counts but in my generation it is only what on the outside I feel that everyone thinks counts. I have cried myself to sleep so many times because I hate my body but now I know that the only one that's holding me back is myself. I can have the body I want but I when have to work a little harder for it then others girl but in the end it will be so worth it to see myself in  mirrors or pictures and love what I see. I want all girl that are insecure about their body because they are overweight to be inspired. Remember these two things your are not the only one that feels this way and second you are the one that is holding yourself back from reaching your best potential. Take the baby steps with me and turn them into habits that stick with you for a lifetime.We will have our happy ever after moments because we deserve to feel beautiful and be happy.

Perfect Bight Lip


Achieve a perfect bight lip with these four easy and simple steps:

1)  Exfoliate - you can use a sugar lip scrubs but the most simplest way is to just brush your lips with a toothbrush in soft circular motion with warm water and even toothpaste.

2) Moisturize - use your favourite lip moisturizing product to leave your lips baby smooth.

3) Apply Color - using a lip brush apply your bight color to your lips and then you can  use another lip brush or clean the one you have for the next step.

4) Conceal - take the lip brush and go round your lips with concealer. This last step help to clean any smudges and prevent the color from bleeding so that you have the most beautiful perfect bight lips.

I Wannabe a Loser - March 13, 2012


      On November 20, 2011 I posted the first "I Wannabe a Loser" blog post. I had promised myself to start a new healthier way of life. I made a goal of losing 6-8 pound by the end of December 20, 2011. I did not reach this goal because I stopped caring about everything. I was going through many issues that were making me really depressed but I fought though the storm. On January 15, 2012 I started to slowly work towards my goal of achieving a healthier lifestyle. As of today March 13, 2012 I have lost 10 pounds. 10 pounds is not much but it is a start. I just feels much more better than I ever did before. I have so much more energy and I can not describe the feeling when I could fit into large clothing instead of extra large. I wish I had made this change in my life a long time ago. I will write a post on the the changes I made in my life to lose these 10 pounds very soon so stay tuned.

Keep Calm and Read On becuase I'm Back


          Its been a while since my last blog and I have have no excuse for my absence. I will try harder in the future to keep this blog updated. I still can not believe how much support I have received. I never anticipated that anyone would read my blog. Thank you to all of the 788 people that stumbled upon my blog.
