I want to change my lifestyle and become healthier. I weight 185 lbs and I have always hated how I look so I'm going to start to exercise and eat healthy. I don't like being made fun of because of my weight. I hates when I go shopping and nothing I like fits me well and I can't buy it. I started my new routine this week and my goal is to lose at least 6-8 lbs by December 20, 2011. I will keep everyone up-to-date on my progress and I hope to be 125 lbs during this time next year.
